It acts as a distributor of mutual fund schemes and is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

3.2 Scope of services. Its services are limited to the distribution of mutual fund products, the facilitation of related transactions and processes, and investor education and servicing, in each case as permitted for a mutual fund distributor. Nothing on this website, or in any communication arising from it, constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an assessment of the suitability of any scheme for any person.

3.3 No assurance of returns. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee, assurance or promise of returns, capital protection, performance or any investment outcome.
